How should I store homemade bread?

I wanted to make this special saffron bread for a class project about St.Lucia day. I'm making them Sunday and bringing them in on Monday. I want these to turn out perfect (I haven't really baked before) so how should I store them for just overnight? Leave them outside covered, in the fridge, what? I'm kinda clueless =)

Answer by Dan
I think you should leave it in the fridge covered overnight, and then take it out the morning you leave for class and heat it up in the oven for a few minutes. This will should it feel warm and fresh, but don't reheat it for more than two or three minutes or you might dry it out.
