Unfortunately you did not mention in which state do you want to study since you can check the tuition fees for international students on their website.
For QLD: http://www.tafe.qld.gov.au/
For NSW: www.tafensw.edu.au
For WA: http://www.tafe.wa.gov.au/
For SA: www.tafe.sa.edu.au
For TAS: www.tafe.tas.edu.au
Only in Victoria that you have to contact the colleges individually. Make sure that you find the information for international students, since the tuition fees are different. To apply you will need to complete the application form and send it together with certified copy of your academic transcripts (in original language and in English) to the college you want to study in. The process will take abt 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of the year. Depending on where you come from, you might need to take an IELTS test and send the results once it becomes available.

To get student visa, you will need to get the offer from the institute and pay the required fees. Once payment accepted, the institute will issue an eCOE for you to apply for student visa. You will need to take medical tests and submit the results with the eCOE and required documentations.

Hope this helps. E-mail me at mikegun@studentfirst.com.au if you have further questions abt study in Australia. Good luck on your study and welcome to Australia :)</p>
