<h3>Does anyone know if Fuji 3000B Instant Film will work in the vintage Kodak EK6?</h3>
I understand that Fuji 800 instant film can be modified to work in the Kodak EK6 camera. But I can't find that film on line and am wondering if the Fuji 3000B Instant Film can be similarily modified.

The Kodak instant cameras were outlawed in 1986. As of that date, any film or cameras still in the supply pipeline was recalled and destroyed.
What you have is a nice paperweight.

While Kodak instant films have been discontinued, Fuji's instant film available in Japan since the 1980's is very similar to Kodak's. The pictures are the same size, the cartridge is almost the same, with some easy plastic modifications; the Fuji Fotorama series film can be made to fit. It was closest to the Kodak with the ISO at 160, many of the camera's brightness controls can be adjusted to work with the different ISO; However, the FI-10 series was discontinued in the 1990's. The faster ISO 800 instant films will work as well but would require the use of a filter either on the film cartridge or lens. "

I was desperate for 110 film to try out some cameras I found at the thrift store and all I could find at the time was expired Fuji. The rolls were individuallly wrapped without a box so I am not sure how expired the film was but I think it was more than a year or two expired which is what it was sold as. The site also mentioned that the color was good but this film is definitely a bit faded.</p>
