Can I purchase an airfare ticket for someone in Ghana ( I am in the US). How would this work there? Would the person be able to get some kind of ticket or boardpass when at the airport?

<p><i>Answer by AJ</i><br/>You go book online, you put his name as the passenger but put your credit card information to pay for it. If you do it right, he will get an email with his confirmation number. The rest is up to him to make sure if he needs a visa or not. Just like any other flight, he will checkin 24 hrs in advance and print out his boarding pass.</p>
