<h3>Can I go to the beach in Egypt in a bikini?</h3>
I was planning on going to Egypt for a senior high school trip since it's so cheap to go at this time. One of my teachers told me how he saw the Muslim women go to the beach and swim fully clothed in their traditional or religious attire. So can I go to the beach there and swim in like a bikini or simple swimsuit without being persecuted or getting angry looks? Sorry, not trying to sound stupid. I'm just generally worried. :(
I'm going to Cairo and maybe stopping in Alexandria.
