Entebbe is listed as an international airport in Uganda. However, there are also 27 more! Are the other 27 international, or just domestic?

<p><i>Answer by Walt</i><br/>According to https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/ug.html there are 35 airports in Uganda of which 13 airports are under the administration of the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority.
In addition to Entebbe International Airport that is the main hub airport another 5 upcountry airports (Arua, Gulu, Kasese, Kidepo and Pakuba) are authorized to handle cross-border air traffic from member countries of the East African Community.</p>
