Where would be the ideal country to move to for a person like me? (Details included)?

Where would be the ideal country to move to for a person like me? (Details included)?

My criteria:

- Near the beach and must have a lot of tourists.
- Warm weather all year.
- I want to work in a resort and an airport so a country with a resort and airport close together.
- Cost of living not too high.
- Willing to hire people like me who isn't a local.
- Must be fairly safe.
- Easy to move to in terms of visas and documents and all that kind of stuff!

I know it's a lot but I just want suggestions from adventurous people who have experienced working in different countries. At first I was thinking islands like Fiji, Vanuatu, etc. but apparently they only really hire locals. Maybe one of the party islands in Europe like Ibiza? Or some island in Greece?

Again just suggestions please that would fit my criteria.

I'm 20 and living in Australia. Thanks guys!
Lol Australia is NOT cheap at all. It's one of the most expensive places to live in. It's not warm all year round. There's not many diverse tourists and the culture is boring as f*ck. It doesn't compare to other countries. And I don't want live in a country full of RACISTS. It's funny when my fellow Aussies are so up themselves that they ACTUALLY think we are the best country in the world. Lol delusional.
