Where is the best place to stay at in Aruba?

My boyfriend and I along with our 6 month old daughter were going to stay at the Riu Palace but from what people are telling me it's not really a nice place to stay at.So I am asking anybody that has been to Aruba to please tell me where a good place to stay at would be. We are looking for someplace that is kid friendly and not really expensive. Please help.
We are also looking for something all inclusive.

Answer by jellybeancounter
My sister just got back from the Divi Aruba. It wasn't the swankiest hotel but she said that she liked it. There's a sister property (the Tamarijn) right next store. I think the Divi has a better beach (less rocky). Both places are kid friendly. http://www.diviaruba.com/index.php
