<p><i>Answer by Me-owww</i><br/>I thought the Visa Waiver programs was an agreement between several countries worldwide. I wasnt aware that Obama could just add in countries he wanted to. Or maybe he is just thinking of waiving Visa requirements for entry to the US to citizens of Brazil?</p>
