<p><i>Answer by socialist</i><br/>They will not allow their currency to globally adjust. They are a dictatorship with bureaucratic entanglements that stop or slow decisions. The government is run by Communists that still want a one world Communist style government. Ideologues never succeed in a free marketplace. The only reason China has done as well as it has to this point is because government moved out of the way to build infrastructure and cash for their military, but like all tyrannical governments, a new person or 'decree' can revere or stop all progress.</p>
