Iam a german government servant living in cyprus for 13 years, but I gave a german address while living in cyprus? I receive money for the child from the german government. Do I have the right for ir?

most benefits are given to people while living in the country .
the likelihood of you being in a legal position to receive money from a country while out of that country? is none,
if caught? you would have to reimburse every bit of that money.
so?no you do not have the right to it,
(is this the money you receive for all children,like they do in France,allocation money?)
