In Albania, do they still turn off the electric and water?
I heard from a friend of mine who moved to America about 5 years ago that in Albania, they still turn off the water at a certain time of day and still turn off the electric at 6:00 PM or some time close to that. Is it still like that? And, if it is for the people who live in Albania, is it like that at the hotels that tourist stay at?

I don't think so, Albania has improved immensly since then, and it's progressing day by day. I'm Albanian, but never lived in Albania she might have been an Albanian from The Former Yugoslavia, where water still gets turned off.
& tourists stay in nice hotels trust me.
