i was born in bulgaria, came to tanzania when i was 8 years old by a bulgarian passport.I am 23 years old now, have a tanzanian passport as my bulgarian one is expired since 2000, where can i go to renew my passport as there in no embassy in tanzania, the nearest one is south africa.How will i get a visa to bulgaria with those conditions of absence of embassy in tanzania?
