How to split up China and create a new independent buffer state within China?

How to split up China and create a new independent buffer state within China?

Mainland China poses a threat to southeast asian countries. United States and Russia don't want PRC to grow strong and become a world power. In order to weaken the PRC , China has to split into independent, separate states. How do you split China into different independent, chinese states?

In the past, Russia helped Mongolia to become an independent country. Now Mongolia is a free country, and a buffer state in the North of China. If we were to have a separate state in the South of China, then PRC would be sandwiched in between Mongolia and a new southern state, and then China would be weakened.

How can Russia, U.S, Japan, and other nations create an new independent, free country in Southern China? I heard there is a southern Chinese separatist movement.

Taiwan is not a buffer state because it's small and powerless.

Oh and china is 92% one ethnicity, the Han people are united through century old ideologies. China is not merely a nation state, it is a civilization state, unbreakable.
