How do you call a DSN number in Bulgaria from a civilian phone?

<h3>How do you call a DSN number in Bulgaria from a civilian phone?</h3>

I've been searching online and can't find the civilian equivalent to call a DSN number at JTF-E in Bulgaria.
Actually I know I can dial a DSN from a civlian phone line. Most of the conversions are on a DSN directory online but, for some reason, not Bulgaria. I currently live in Germany and frequently call DSN lines from my home phone but I know how to convert them here. I don't know the conversion prefix for Bulgaria.
