<h3>How can I get my Senegal Parrot to trust my dad?</h3>
My Senegal parrot (Gizzy) will go to just about anybody. However, When my dad tries to come and pick her up she flies away. He is getting frustrated and so am I. I just need a little help to see if i get her to go to him anything will help thank you!

<p><i>Answer by Manny</i><br/>While it is true that birds of the wild can be domesticated. It is also true that these same birds still have a strong instinct to survive. The problem with Gizzy may be that the chemistry between your father and bird is not there. It could also be that Gizzy is really sensing some BAD VIBES from your father snd is merely afraid of him. Give Gizzy all the time it needs to get used to your father and tell your father to stop getting fustrated over Gizzy. A wild animal will FEEL when something is good for them and to them.</p>
