I want to emmigrate to Denmark and am wondering if my knowledge of the English language would be enough to get me visa there as a teacher. Does anyone know what I would need for credentials to teach English there? I only have a high school diploma and no college.

<p><i>Answer by Lillen</i><br/>If you only have a high school diploma you can't teach English in Denmark, you need a University degree to teach English in high schools and a teacher's diploma for teaching in regular school. It is not enough to just speak English very well. Also to be able to teach the younger classes you need to speak Danish too. Have you considered studying there instead? Maybe get a college/University diploma there and then see if you'd like to stay, it may be easier to find a job too.</p>
