Mr Mamadou Sangafowa Coulibaly was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in March 2010. From 2003 to 2010 he served as Under-Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture. From 2008 to January 2010 he also chaired the Board of Management of the National Institute for Agricultural Education (INFPA - Institut National de Formation Agricole). </p>
